12 Housing Markets on the Rebound

The National Association of Home Builders released a list of 12 markets on the rise. It would be really good news if we saw a few major markets in this list... But with these smaller markets, showing signs of stabilization - we can't complain too much. However a better forward indicator would include tier 1 markets for housing. That being said, the housing market has been taking hit after hit, and any sign of recovery is a good start and can lead to great information and more markets joining the list.

In its index, Trulia compared the cost of buying and renting a two-bedroom apartment, condo, or town home in the 50 largest cities in the country.
